PaDiSys mPRO - the Patient Reported Outcomes Data Capture System using mobile phones is best suited for trials which require their patients to fill regular questionnaires wherein we provide the mobile phones. This solution will also send periodic alerts and reminders to the trial patients to ensure their compliance towards the trial protocol.
PaDiSys mTA - the Treatment/Trial Adherence system using the patients’ own mobile phone allows reminders and alerts to be sent to the patient in a preset manner to which the patient responds. This system allows the compliance levels of the trial patient to be monitored.

While PaDiSys was being developed, the focus was to develop a solution which would work on low end mobile phones. We did have at the back of our mind that smart phones will be the focus soon. Here we are with a sleek app of PaDiSys for Android and iOS, phones and tablets! It has easier usability since patients can now download the application on their personal smart phone devices. This will help patients understand better the questionnaires.

NowPos has partnered with a leading research institution, in collaboration with a leading global sponsor to monitor and improve patient adherence in an Oncology trial which is being conducted in Rome, Italy. This study, which is in the Oncology therapeutic area, aims to check the compliance levels of the patients and report severe drug reactions in the study using PaDiSys. The solution was very well accepted by the clinical staff and the Study Investigators.
